After The Mayor and Fruitloop shared their video to introduce the Mystery Boxes and point system, hereās a quick guide to how you can earn points and badges.
You collect points simply by being active in our community:
- Earn: 5 to 10 experience points ā Posting anything (a haiku, art therapy, gossip or Dear Abby)
- Earn: 5 experience points – Commenting on a post
- Earn: 1 experience point – Getting a comment
All points are added automatically, so you can just focus on sharing, chatting, and having fun. The more you join in, the more points and badges youāll unlockāand the closer youāll get to those mysterious boxes!
So go ahead, post your thoughts, drop a comment, and keep the conversations rolling. Who knows? Your next haiku or witty reply might be the key to your next badge.

Oh and I have picked up some issues with the points. I commented on 2 Pineapples and got 5 points for one and you got 5 points for my comment š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£. lucky you. And I posted the cheese tax , got my 5 points but nothing for comments.

It seems an awesome tool to make us more present in the community. The result: the more we practice English, the more we will learn it.
